We have recently carried out a number of hotel refurbishment projects for Marston's brewery.
This work has had it's own special challenges in that works have had to be phased and completed very quickly,with minimal disruption to trading as the hotels have been kept operational at all times.
Works to rooms and communal areas have included M & E services, full decoration, refurbishment and/or replacement of all sanitary ware, all soft furnishings etc, all whilst the remainder of the rooms are still occupied.

Hyde Lea Suite, Stafford
Kitchen extension to existing care home facility.

Manor Care Home, Stafford
Construction and complete fit out of 42 bedroom, 3 storey care home built in extensive landscaped surroundings.
Each room having En-Suite facilities, with communal lounge and quiet rooms to each floor.

Weston House Nursing Home, Stoke On Trent
Two storey extension and alterations to existing home to form a new entrance and reception area with additional bedrooms above.

Church Terrace Nursing Home, Cheadle
Extensive landscaping works to create sensory garden and patio areas.

Madeley Manor Retirement Home
Conversion of manor buildings into nursing retirement home to include complete fit out works and landscaping.

Conversion of existing Art Room, Stores, Student Activity Centre, Shop and Cafe, including construction of two student advice pods & refurbishment of 380 bedrooms to primary accomodation in a phased programme.

Madeley High School, Madeley, Staffs
Manufacture and installation of bespoke new reception area and counter including security glazed screening.

Birmingham University
We fitted out the Student's Union bars and disco area including building works and fitting out with new bespoke bar counters.

Thomas Russell Junior School, Barton-under-Needwood
Formation of new shower rooms and disabled toilet.External works here included a new concrete floor and ramps for a new swimming pool enclosure.
Refurbishment of swimming pool area, tiling & decoration of all changing rooms & other general works.

Queen Mary High School, Walsall
Substructure and drainage works to support modular building.

Keele University
Various new bespoke bars and back fittings throughout the Students Union were fitted here. Existing rooms were also converted into a new nightclub area.

Breaks Pool Hall
Works to completeley refurbish the lounge bar and toilet area to the existing pool hall and snooker club.
